Parsing Reviews
How to bulk download customer reviews from marketplaces for deep audience and competitor product analysis.
The extension can collect customer reviews — from a specific product card or from multiple products on a catalog page. The collected data is displayed in a separate reviews table.
How to Start Collection
- Go to the required page — a product card or a catalog page;
- Open the extension;
- Select the Product Reviews mode (on a product card) or Listing Reviews mode (in a catalog) from the dropdown list;
- Click the Collect Data button.
Parsing Modes
1. Product Reviews
This mode is available on a specific product card page. The extension finds all variants linked to the current card (different colors, models) and sequentially collects reviews for each of them.
- Speed: Depends on the number of product variants and the number of reviews per each;
- Data: Full review text, rating, author, media files, pros and cons, seller reply — depending on what the platform supports (see Review Data);
- Recommendation: Use this mode when you need to analyze customer feedback for a specific model in detail.
2. Listing Reviews
This mode is available on a product list page (category, search results, brand or seller page). The extension iterates through all products on the current page and sequentially requests reviews for each one.
- Speed: Low — a separate request is made for each product;
- Data: The same fields as in Product Reviews mode — for all products on the page;
- Recommendation: Suitable for bulk analysis of customer feedback in a niche, comparing competitor reviews, or reputation monitoring.
Reviews Limit
By default, the extension collects up to 50 reviews per product. You can change this limit or remove it entirely in User Settings. On the free plan, the limit is fixed and cannot be adjusted.
