Bulk URL Parsing

How to use Bulk List Mode to collect data for a list of URLs or SKUs from marketplaces in a single run.

Bulk List Mode lets you collect data for many individual URLs or SKUs in a single run — without having to open each page manually.

Important: To start data collection, the extension must be opened exactly on the marketplace page that it supports for parsing (just like in single-page mode). If you open the extension on a blank tab or an unsupported website, the mode will be locked. See the list of supported pages with examples in the What Can Be Parsed section.

When to use this mode

Use Bulk List Mode when you need to:

  • Monitor prices and stock for a specific list of competitor products;
  • Collect data from an arbitrary set of product cards not tied to a single category;
  • Export reviews for a pre-selected list of SKUs;
  • Automatically process an export from a spreadsheet (CRM, Excel) that already contains links.

If you need to collect everything from a category or search results page, use the standard product list parsing mode instead.

How to activate

At the top of the extension window there is a pill-shaped toggle:

  • Current Page — standard mode; the extension parses the page open in the browser tab.
  • Bulk List — batch processing mode; you enter links manually.

Click "Bulk List" to switch to this mode. The toggle is locked during active parsing.

One link per line. Supported formats:

  • Full product card URLs (e.g., https://www.wildberries.ru/catalog/12345678/detail.aspx);
  • Full listing page URLs (categories, search, seller storefronts);
  • Numeric SKUs for Wildberries and Ozon (e.g., 12345678);
  • Alphanumeric SKUs for Lamoda (e.g., RTLADJ766102).

SKUs are automatically converted to full URLs for the current marketplace.

The bottom-right corner of the input area shows a counter N / limit, indicating how many valid links have been recognized and what your plan's limit is.

Fix validation warnings (if any)

Warnings appear below the input field when there are:

  • Invalid lines — lines that are not a valid URL or SKU;
  • Links from another marketplace — only links for the current site are accepted in a single run;
  • Lines over the limit — excess lines are silently ignored.
All links must be from the same marketplace. If the extension is open on a Wildberries tab, only wildberries.ru links are accepted.

Premium users can upload a file instead of typing manually:

  1. Click the "Attach file" button at the bottom of the input area;
  2. Select a .txt or .csv file — one link per line;
  3. The file contents will be loaded into the field and validated automatically.

The file upload button is not available on the free plan.

Links beyond the limit are dropped automatically. Upgrade to Premium to increase the limit.

Choosing the parsing intent

After entering links, the "Parsing Intent" dropdown appears in the control panel with two options:

Collects extended product data: specifications, prices, seller information, ratings, and more.

Corresponds to the "Extended Data" mode for listings and "This SKU only" for product cards.

Available on both the free plan and Premium.

Collects review texts for each link in the list.

This mode is only available on the Premium plan. Free users will see a trial mode restriction (max 5 reviews per product).

System columns in Bulk List Mode

Unlike the standard Current Page mode, Bulk List Mode automatically makes two additional columns visible:

ColumnDescription
MarketplaceThe name of the marketplace from which the data row was collected
Source URLThe specific URL that was processed to produce this row

These columns let you clearly identify the origin of every row when working with a large list of links.

In Current Page mode these columns are hidden, since there is always a single source.
